Community Worship Service
Four Churches. One Lord. Worship Together October 4.
Join Covenant and three neighboring congregations for Community Worship on Sunday, October 4, at 10:45 a.m. at DeHaven Baptist Church. (Due to potentially bad weather and setup arrangements the service has been moved to DeHaven Baptist.)
We’ll gather for singing, prayer, Holy Communion, and a message from Dr. Mark Somers. Covenant will worship alongside LaGrange Christian Church, DeHaven Baptist Church, and Centennial Missionary Baptist Church.
Come worship—and invite a friend or neighbor. The entire community is welcome.
Why This Matters
Jesus prayed that his followers would be one so that the world might believe (John 17:21). Gathering with other congregations gives visible expression to that prayer. We share a Savior, receive his grace, and belong to his people.
Worshiping together in the heart of LaGrange also makes our faith public in a welcoming way. As we sing, pray, hear Scripture, and share the Lord’s Table, we invite our neighbors to experience the hope and fellowship we find in Jesus.
