A new Bible study begins Thursday, October 8

Discover how the story of Jesus fits together—and how it connects with your daily life. Beginning October 8, our Thursday Bible study will take on a fresh, engaging format as we explore the Gospel of Mark.

Over the coming months, Sunday sermons and Thursday Bible study will work together to take us through the entire Gospel, helping us grow in our understanding of Jesus and our lives as his disciples.

Expect more than a lecture. With visuals, discussion around tables, and opportunities to participate, we’ll explore the Scriptures together, discover new insights, and consider practical ways to live what we learn.

Choose the session that works for you:

• Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. or 6:30 p.m.
• New location: The large room in the church basement.
• For children: Opportunities for fun and learning of their own. (6:30 session)

Bring your Bible, your questions, and your curiosity. Whether you’re opening Mark for the first time or returning to a familiar Gospel, there is more to discover together.

We often encounter the Gospels a passage at a time—a miracle, a parable, a familiar saying. Walking through an entire Gospel helps us see how those pieces connect. We’ll follow Mark’s unfolding account of Jesus’ ministry, his journey to the cross, and the good news of his resurrection.

Along the way, we’ll make room to notice details, ask questions, explore the world of the text, and learn from one another. Each gathering will help us connect what we discover in Scripture with the choices, relationships, and responsibilities of everyday life.

Our aim is to know Jesus more deeply and grow as people who follow him. Come ready to discover, discuss, and put your faith into practice.
